Welcome to the JCC's Early
Childhood Center. Here at the J, our programs are sensitive to each
child's special and unique talents and strengths. We pride ourselves
in creating hands-on fun learning opportunities for all! We are
dedicated to providing children with a strong educational
foundation.
Our thematic curriculum allows
children to discover and grow in a loving, nurturing and engaging
environment. Children's activities are individualized and age
appropriate. We encourage creative problem solving and decision making
skills. All programs are staffed with caring and experienced
professionals. Our teachers are certified by the State Education
Department of New York and we are licensed by the Department of
Health's Bureau of Day Care. We work in partnership with the JCC First
Foot Forward Special Education Preschool and The Jewish Board of
Family and Children's Services (JBFCS). These resources are available
to all families.
Parent involvement is key to your
child's success in school. We welcome a partnership with you and your
family. Just as each child is unique, so is each family. With this in
mind, we offer a variety of flexible schedules and programs at our
three locations to best suit your family needs. Please contact us at
