AEROBIC CLASS SUMMARY
Abersice= This 30 minute
workout will target those abdominal for a flatter, leaner middle
Below The Belt: A great
workout focusing on everything way under!!! It works hips, thighs
and glute muscles incorporating athletic bench work and a floor
workout utilizing weights and bands.
Boot Camp: This
athletic geared one hour class will have your energy levels raised
with drills of high and low intensity utilizing your own body
resistance and incorporate weights and bands to burn calories and
define your muscles
Cardio Blast: Blast
into your best for the spring/summer with this hyped up. Fast paced
and fun calorie burner for an hour that is sure to leave you feeling
fulfilled and energetic.
Cardio Punch & Kick:
Combining Martial
Arts into a cardio style format to burn calories, raise energy
levels and produce an overall total body effect.
Cardio Kickboxing:
This cardio
conditioning class will get you moving with today’s popular martial
arts moves to give you an end result of feeling and looking your
best.
Cardio Split: Burn
calories while enhancing your respiratory system and shed off those
extra winter pounds while having fun with this new split workout.
Rosanna will take you through 20 minutes of pure energetic fat
burning aerobic conditioning with 20 minutes of step training to
follow ending with a well deserved stretching segment.
Chair Yoga: An
alternative style of yoga performed seated with modification for all
levels.
Extreme Step: Advanced
choreography utilizing a step bench and risers for an extreme cardio
workout.
Express Lane: This 30
minute workout will have you scoring through a circuit of today’s
popular hydraulic resistance machines for a total body workout
burning those unwanted calories while trimming and toning all major
muscle groups.
Freestyle Silver Aerobics=
A new low impact cardiovascular workout using
freestyle movement and segments of muscular strength and toning
exercises. (Geared for the older adult)
Gentle Interval Aerobics:
This new class geared for the maturing adult will
give you segments of low impact aerobic training with intervals of
muscular conditioning to get your heart raised to achieve better
cardiovascular endurance and better muscular strength and tone.
Hi &-Lo Cardio: This
energetic cardio workout will take your body through increments of
high-energy blasts with a recovery segment of low intensity.
Pilates: A new
popular crave that leaves you refreshed and alert with a feeling of
physical and mental well-being. It’s an exercise system focused on
improving flexibility and strength for the total body without
building bulk. It is a series of controlled movements engaging
your body and mind, performed on a mat developing optimal core
control.
Pilates Crunch : Same
as above except focusing more on core strength using fitness bands
and tubing to sculpt and give your body the utmost challenge.
PEP: Providing Exercise
Possibilities with the older adult in mind, aerobic exercise
performed standing with seated muscle conditioning using weights and
bands.
Power Hour: This
challenging class will work all your muscle groups utilizing
weights, body bars and resistance bands for an overall effect.
PUMP: Muscle endurance
and classic muscle definition. Weights between 2 lbs. And 15 lbs.
will be used for a total body workout.
Silver stretch, Glide and Tone:
A new way to work your total body through stretching
incorporating low impact freestyle aerobic moves with bursts of
strength training exercises. With the maturing adult in mind, this
class will work your total body.
Sitercise : Lively and
upbeat, this class concentrates on range or motion, flexibility and
modified toning while seated. Also a short, light, non-impact
aerobic segment.
Stepping Out: With the
older adult in mind, this class will teach proper techniques for
today’s popular step aerobic conditioning, utilizing a low platform
while performing various movements and patterns to burn calories and
work the cardiovascular system and improve balance and coordination.
Stretch for the Stars:
As we gracefully mature our bodies can lose range of motion and
flexibility, which can lead to injuries. This 30 minute low impact
workout will target all major muscle groups by way of gentle
stretching exercises to achieve a wider or more normal range of
motion.
Super Strength: Our
newest body-sculpting workout using bars with plated weights
targeting each muscle group enhancing muscular endurance, strength
and definition.
T’ai –Chi: T’ai Chi is
an ancient Chinese art that is widely practiced as a means of
enhancing mental and physical well being. It is a combination of
martial arts and moving meditation. An essential component of T’ai
Chi is to cultivate energy through out the body. It has been proven
that senior adults who participate in tai chi have better balance,
which means that they fall less often. It is practiced slowly and
evenly in circular patterns.
Woman’s Definition (Ladies only):
Learn the fundamentals and various techniques of
re-shaping and sculpting your body through today’s popular style of
training via dumbbells and weighted bar bells set in a weight room
style in class format. What you achieve in this class can be
extended out into the weight room area for a solo workout to keep
that body sculpted and you feeling GREAT!!!
Yoga: Yoga is a system.
A holistic system of refining the body, the mind and the unison.
Ultimately, it is well being, peace and bliss. The holistic
approach of yoga encompasses the development of the body and the
spirit. This is a natural way of developing qualities such as
awareness, confidence and fitness of course!!!!
20-20-20: Leap into
fitness with this new class that will give you 3 different segments
of energy and pure calorie burning that will leave you feeling your
best with a finale of rock abs and a relaxing stretching segment.
