Member Spotlight

Jamie Vento, age 27

Jamie works as a Size Analytics Associate at Macy's but her newest and favorite job of all time is a labor of love with her newborn baby girl Emury. Her continuous hard work at the gym pre and post pregnancy has made Jamie the poster child for shedding all her baby weight. This new member has been a member of the JCC for a year and a half. Her daily exercise routine consists of 30-50 minutes of high intensity cardio and then free weights combined with some mat exercises and abs. Her healthy diet consists of proteins, low fat dairy, vegetables, fruits and nuts and she can afford to indulge in a sweet treat after her grueling workouts. She continues her membership because the JCC has so much to offer. (Her husband Brett is a permanent fixture at the Bernikow Fitness Center). As a new mom, she hopes that in the years to come her family will be able to participate in everything that the JCC has to offer and would like to introduce Emury to the Jewish community through our memberships.
