Indoor Pool Rules

Always listen to the lifeguard
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian
No foul language
No playing around or on stairs
Please circle swim
Please share lanes

No running
No jumping
No diving
No hanging on lane lines
Long hair must be tied back or in a swim cap

No children under 13 allowed in hot tub
All diapers must be swim diapers

Proper swim attire must be worn
All bathers must shower before entering pool

No Parents/Guardians allowed on the Pool Deck
No food or beverages on the pool deck
No strollers on pool deck
No street shoes on deck
No fins on deck
No photos or videos
Return all equipment after use

All swim lessons must show receipt before lesson
Hot Tub Rules and Regulations

Stay home if you feel sick, even with mild symptoms (cough, fever, or difficulty breathing)
Shower and wash hands before entering; use hand sanitizer if soap/water unavailable
Do not enter if you have diarrhea
Do not enter if you have Band-Aids on
No spitting or blowing nose in the water
Do not swallow hot tub water
Use of hot tub longer than 15 minutes is prohibited — if space allows, exit to shower/cool down before re-entering; longer exposure may cause nausea, dizziness, or fainting

Only 4 people allowed at a time; stay in your corner
No children under 13 allowed
Children in diapers are not permitted

Only bathing suits allowed — no cut-offs or street clothes

Individuals with heart disease, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, or pregnant women must consult a physician before use
Do not use while under the influence of alcohol, anti-coagulants, anti-histamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics, or tranquilizers

Only use when an attendant or lifeguard is on duty; call attendant for assistance
