**All participants MUST wear a bathing suit when entering the pool.**
Reservations are no longer needed for the INDOOR POOL! They will now be offered on a first come, first serve basis.
Members must swipe in and out at the front and/or fitness desk of the JCC as they enter and exit the facility. Entry will now be permitted through the men’s locker rooms, women’s locker rooms, and pool hallway.
If there are no available lanes, you will need to wait for a spot by remaining on the pool deck.
Reservations for the Aquacise Group Exercise class are still required.
The Hot Tub has reopened! *Hours will be the same as the regular indoor pool hours.*
Hot Tub Rules and Regulations
To reduce your risk of catching or spreading illness, stay home if you feel sick, even if your symptoms are mild. Please stay home if you have a cough, a fever, or are having difficulty breathing.
Only 4 people are allowed in the hot tub at a time. Each person should stay in the corner of the hot tub.
Use of the hot tub longer than 15 minutes is prohibited. If there is space and no one else is waiting, you must first leave to shower and cool down. You then may re-enter for a brief stay. Longer exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting.
Shower before entering the hot tub and wash your hands before entering. Use hand sanitizer gel if soap and water are not available.
No spitting or blowing nose in the water.
Do not enter the hot tub when you have diarrhea.
Do not enter the hot tub if you have Band-Aids on.
Do not swallow hot tub water.
Only bathing suits allowed – no Cut-Offs or street clothes in the hot tub.
No children under 13 are allowed in the hot tub. Children with diapers are NOT permitted.
Individuals with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and pregnant women must check with physicians before using the hot tub.
Do not use while under the influence of alcohol, anti-coagulants, anti-histamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics, or tranquilizers.
Only use the hot tub if an attendant or lifeguard is on duty at the pool. For assistance, call the attendant.
Help can also be obtained by telephone. Emergency numbers are posted for Police, Fire, Physicians, Ambulance, and Hospital.
