No matter what your kid loves, we have a program for them! Check out our winter schedule, and click on each class to get more information on how to sign up!

​Soccer
Our winter soccer program, led by our new Head Coach Alejandro Jimenez, includes classes for players at all levels. The session runs from January 5 - April 10. There will be no programs the week of February 16 - 21. All classes take place at the Bernikow Building.
  • 2015-2016-2017 Boys/Girls Winter - Intro to Soccer: Sundays
  • 2013-2014 Boys/Girls Winter: Mondays and Wednesdays (2 Sessions per Week)
  • 2010-2011-2012 Boys/Girls Winter: Mondays and Wednesdays (2 Sessions per Week)
  • 2009-2008 Boys/Girls Winter: Mondays and Wednesdays (2 Sessions per Week)
  • 2007-2006 Boys/Girls Winter: Tuesdays and Thursdays (2 Sessions per Week)
  • 2005-2002 Boys/Girls Winter: Tuesdays and Thursdays (2 Sessions per Week)

Basketball
Our winter basketball program includes introductory classes for players of various ages, as well as advanced training opportunities. The session runs from January 5 - April 11. There will be no classes February 17 - 21. We offer classes at both the Avis building and the Bernikow Building.
  • Intro Level Grade: Pre K – K: Sunday (Avis)  
  • Intro Level Grade: 1st – 2nd: Sunday (Avis)
  • Intro Level Grade: 3rd – 6th: Sunday (Avis)
  • Intro Level Grade: Pre K – 4th:  Tuesday (Bernikow) or Thursday (Avis)
  • Advanced Training: Tuesday (Bernikow), Thursday (Avis), or Sunday (Avis)

Tennis 
Our winter tennis program runs on Sundays from January 5 - April 5. There will be no classes on February 16. Lessons take place at the Bernikow Building or Staten Island Academy (715 Todt Hill Road). Private lessons are also available.

Aquatics
Winter swimming lessons are a great option for swimmers at every skill level! If your child is new to the pool, you can be sure that they’ll learn the skills they need to have a safe and fun summer in a few months. And more advanced swimmers can continue having fun in the pool year-round!
There will be 6 classes during the winter swim session, with one make-up class offered. Classes begin the week of January 5. All classes take place at the Bernikow Building.
  • Parent & Me:  4 months - 3 years
    • Baby Nemos (4 months - 16 months): Sundays
    • Baby Dolphins (16 months - 3 years): Sundays
*Swim diapers are required.
  • Level 1 (Suggested Age 3+): Sundays or Wednesdays
  • Level 2 (Suggested Age 4+): Sundays or Wednesdays
  • Level 3 (Suggested Age 5+): Sundays or Wednesdays
  • Level 4 (Suggested Age 7+): Sundays or Wednesdays
We also offer Gym and Swim ​on Mondays, which includes 5 hour-long sessions with 1 make-up class. Gym and Swim includes structured playtime in the gym along with a lesson in the pool.

Music
The winter session is a great time to introduce your child to the joys of music! We have class options for children of all ages and we also offer opportunities for parents and children to make music together!
  • Harmony Road keyboarding class (Parent/Child Classes): Tuesdays (Bernikow)
    • Music in Me: 3.5 – 4.5 years
    • Harmony Road: 4.5 – 6 years
    • The Young Musician: 6 – 7 years
*There will be a free demonstration for each class on February 11. Classes will begin on February 25.
  • Music, Art, & Movement (pre-K to grade 3): Thursdays (Bernikow)
*There will be a free demonstration on February 19 at 6pm. Classes begin February 27.
  • Introduction to Musical Theater (7-12 years): Thursdays (Bernikow)
    • 10 sessions, beginning January 23
  • Ukulele Class (9-12 years): Tuesdays (Avis) or Wednesdays (Bernikow)   
    • 10 sessions, beginning January 15
  • Music Together (Infant-5 years): Bernikow
    • 9 sessions, beginning Sunday, January 12th or Tuesday, January 14th

​ALSO AVAILABLE:
  • Explorers: Kids Building Our World After School Program – Grades K-8, Monday-Friday 2-7pm
  • School’s Out Trips – trips to various fun locations when kids are off from school, Grades K-8, 9am-5pm, extended hours available 
  • Camp 365, Middle School Madness, and Teen Travel 365 beginning Saturday nights (after Shabbat) and Sundays in October
  • Trident Aquatics Swim Team by tryout only
  • Private swim and music lessons by appointment
  • Teen tune ups & youth personal training by appointment
  • Programs for individuals with disabilities are available for ages 3+
  • Super Special Sunday twice a month for children with disabilities
  • Teen programs for grades 9-12 available through our Youth Department
  • CYO Competitive Basketball Team​
  • USA Gymnastics competitive levels 3-10 are held Monday-Friday. 3 to 15 hours per week are required to become a team member.
