Richmond cemetery to help clean up and care for the dead. The Hebrew Free Burial Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the principle that every Jewish person is entitled to a Jewish Burial no matter their financial circumstances. Since 1888, they have arranged burials for nearly 60,000 Jewish people. IN THE NEWS Celebrating Pride June marks Pride Month, a celebration of LGBTQ+ history and a commemoration of the Stonewall Riots. We are proud to collaborate with our friends at the Pride Center of Staten Island on various events throughout the year. We also want to congratulate them on moving into their new home earlier this spring! Throughout the month of June, we will be sharing Pride events and resources in this newsletter and on our social media platforms. We wish all of our LGBTQ+ members a happy Pride! - Summer Jobs Available We would love you to join our camp family! We are almost completely staffed for Day Camp but have a few openings remaining for counselors and activity specialists. Jobs are available to students entering 11th grade and up. Positions are available working with campers of all ages and/or with children with special needs. Our camp is fully outdoors and involves an 8 week/5 day per week commitment from June 28-August 20.
