Many of our students adjusted to virtual lessons quickly and are continuing to learn their instruments. The wartime experiences of survivors will come alive as they’re reenacted by students, and the compelling drama will serve as a powerful reminder about the critical significance of strength through adversity. Join Henry Winkler and co-author Lin Oliver as they discuss their collaborative writing process and the underlying messages of their new series. Henry and Lin will also discuss their 18-book Hank Zipzer: World's Greatest Under-Achiever series, and the 12-book Here's Hank series. Watch here! - Every year, the JCC serves over 6,000 people in crisis. This year, that number will grow as Staten Islanders experience hardships related to COVID-19. Without the help of the JCC, many people would not have food, legal services, health insurance, mental health services, and other critical services.
